چکیده
The demand for the increased productivity of sugarcane crops has required changes in its production chain, such as use pre-sprouted seedlings (PSS) into chain. In this system, inoculation beneficial microorganisms, plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), can improve seedling development. objective was to evaluate effect PGPB AMF on PSS system. Experiments were carried out greenhouse using a commercial substrate with different levels fertilization biomass nutritional status. strains are able produce indole acetic acid amplify nifH gene. coinoculation IAC-BeCa-095 (Glomus macrocarpum Glomus etunicatum) improved shoot (25%) fertilized substrate. IAC-BeCa-088 (Burkholderia caribensis), IAC-RBca5 (Pseudomonas sp.) IAC-RBca10 (Bacillus without by up 35%. Coinoculation strain (Kosakonia radicincitans) root 27 75%, respectively, conventionally substrate, demonstrating synergistic these microorganism consortia. microorganisms may be viable practice sugarcane. Moreover, study is first demonstrate endophytic (K. or rhizobacteria Pseudomonas sp. B. caribensis, inoculum growth nutrition.

ISSN 1652-6880, ISBN 91-576-7088-9 The extraradical mycelium (ERM) of mycorrhizal fungi constitutes an important pathway for the translocation of energy-rich photoassimilates from plant to soil. Because of the large surface of the mycelium, and its provision of carbon, the ERM poten...

Impact of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in sugarcane productivity was assessed through a field experiment from plant and ratoon sugarcane in Tamil Nadu, India. Control, 12.5 and 18.75 kg ha-1 of AMF along with 75% and 100% of phosphorous application were triedas treatments. 18.75 kg ha-1 AMF applied plots showed significant difference in germination percentage, tiller number, internode...
متن کاملCombined Inoculation with Multiple Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Improves Growth, Nutrient Uptake and Photosynthesis in Cucumber Seedlings
Mycorrhizal inoculation stimulates growth, photosynthesis and nutrient uptake in a wide range of host plants. However, the ultimate effects of arbuscular mycorrhyzal (AM) symbiosis vary with the plants and fungal species involved in the association. Therefore, identification of the appropriate combinations of AM fungi (AMF) that interact synergistically to improve their benefits is of high sign...
متن کاملColonization with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Promotes the Growth of Morus alba L. Seedlings under Greenhouse Conditions
Morus alba L. is an important tree species planted widely in China because of its economic value. In this report, we investigated the influence of two arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) species, Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices, alone and together, on the growth of M. alba L. seedlings under greenhouse conditions. The growth parameters and physiological performance of M. alba L. seedling...
متن کاملArbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Alien Plant Species
The invasion success of alien plant species depends, amongst other things, on their functional traits [4] and the susceptibility of ecosystems. There is now increasing interest in including biotic interactions particularly mutualistic associations [5], into frameworks assessing alien plant invasions, as they help bridge the invisibility and invasiveness features. The great majority of terrestri...
